We ship all orders directly from Maui, HI. Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days (please allow extra time during holidays or big sales). Shipping times vary depending on your location:

• Hawai‘i & Mainland U.S.: Usually 5–7 business days after processing.

• International orders: May take 2–4 weeks depending on customs.

EASY RETURNS

We want you to love your Freshie as much as we loved making it! If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not what you expected, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll gladly offer a replacement or store credit.
Note: Due to the handmade and scented nature of our products, we do not accept used returns.
